A canonical URL issue is one where the search engine has to figure out that several different URLs are actually they redirecting to same page and which one of those URLs is the best one to index. Now your website running with www.freelancingdeisgn.com no matter how you have open you website url you can type without www like you can type freelancingdeisgn.com in your browser and you can see that your site will redirecting to www.example.com

After doing all above steps you are unable to show the effect of your website need to contact your hosting server and raise a ticket and then server customer service will solve your problem.
